In Post #49 I wrote about adding a magnifier app to my iPad. Wow, it was free. My chagrin, iOS already magnifies. I expanded two other NotesTaken posts: my resistance band routine #51 and added to #47 an emphasize on pelleted seeds from Park Seeds.
No need add a clutter of redundant apps. (You know apps come in clutters and not coveys.) The native magnifier is an iOS feature.
I stumbled on magnifier instructions. If it isn’t running on your device. (It wasn’t on my tablet.) Go to Settings, then tap General, next to Accessibility, then to Vision section and turn on magnifier. I use the a triple tap on the home button to actuate — finicky. Put the magnifier in control center (see video) as an alternative.
Expansion On Resistance Band Post #51
Viewed two videos by They have a different exercises working on core and lower body. They also use a chair as the base of all the exercises. Great for me with my current low mobility status. Many of the exercises use foot loops and handles. An Amazon search turned up a Theraband kit that works with flat bands or tubes.
The Theraband accessory I bought from Amazon.

Garden Seed Supplier
I recommended Pine Tree Garden Seeds several times. I want to add another supplier, Park Seeds. Two reasons, low shipping prices on seeds like Pine Tree and Parks carries a range of pelletized seeds (clay pellets with five different seeds). I have used these pellets for five years. They produce a delicious combination of greens five kinds from one compact planting. No thinning required and the veggies tolerated cut and come again harvesting. Important follow the depth instructions on the packet… barely cover pellet with soil.
An example from The Park Catalogue — Summer Picnic One Of Many Varieties Of Greens
35 days from direct sowing.
Create delicious salads, sanwiches, stir-fries and more with the five types of gourmet baby lettuce greens contained in this exciting mix! Summer Picnic brings you the best cut-and-come-again varieties for tasty, succulent eating. And it does it all in multiseed pellets, each containing 5 seeds of different varieties which yield at least 3 seedlings from every pellet! There’s never been such a thing before, and we know you will love it as much as we do.
Simply Salad is a terrific way to grow many different varieties without buying many different seed packets. And unlike traditional seed mixes, the multiseed pellets contain all 5 varieties from the mix, and you need plant only ONE per 6-inch pot. You’re guaranteed at least 3 seedlings, each different. Plant the whole packet of 10 and you will have salads galore in less space than ever before!
And each of these lettuces grows quickly and can be cut leaf-by-leaf for an extended harvest. Most will be ready within 4 to 7 weeks, and will re-grow quickly as you “trim” them to harvest the young, succulent leaves. What a great way to avoid wasting lettuce by buying whole heads or packages and then not being able to eat them quickly enough.
Have fun finding new places to grow your Summer Picnic Mix. It’s a great choice for window boxes as well as planters of all kinds, and it makes a kitchen windowsill standout in sunny homes. You‘re going to love this new easy, economical approach to growing mixed salads with gourmet greens! Packet is 10 multiseed pellets.
Thanks… Hope this is useful info. Gardeners, iOS, and resistance band users have a shot.
